In addition to any of the floor plans that you see on this website we also have the capability to build a quality custom home on your lot, as we also offer custom floor plan options.
We now have 10 floor planes available for our Spruce village subdivision in Florence. I have worked hard with my designer to come up with the new plans, they range from 1365 sqft to 1830 sqft.
We also offer concrete line pumping services too.
